As an Authorized Training Provider for Casey Family Programs, NRCYS offers this course for professionals and volunteers who wish to train others within their own organization to use the complete Casey Life Skills suite of resources:The Ansell-Casey Life Skills Assessment is a user friendly on-line resource that measures a young person’s skill level and readiness to live independently. Casey Life Skills tools help bridge the gap between assessment, case planning, and practical skill development for each youth. Course DescriptionThis course will qualify professionals and volunteers to train staff, volunteers or youth to use, administer and interpret all of the Ansell-Casey Life Skills Training and other on-line resources, including the ACLSA scored report, the Learning Plan, the Ready, Set, Fly! Handbook; and other companion resources. Participants will also learn to access their program’s data, plan an effective presentation and become “Certified Trainers.” |
