Participant Registration Fee: $225
Presenter Registration Fee: $175

Deadline for Conference Registration: Friday, April 25, 2008

Cancellation Policy: $50 of registration fee is non-refundable. The remainder of the fee will be refunded if written notification is received by the National Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development up to one week prior to the conference.

How to Register:

We offer three options for registration for the Pathways to Adulthood National Independent Living/Transitional Living 2008 Conference. Please select the appropriate registration option below:

Option 1 is an interactive conference registration form that you may complete on-line and submit to us by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the form. You may only use this option if you are paying your registration fee by credit card or purchase order. If you are paying your registration fee by check, you must use Option Two.

Option 2 is an interactive conference registration form for presenters only that you may complete on-line and submit to us by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the form. You may only use this option if you are paying your registration fee by credit card or purchase order. If you are paying your registration fee by check, you must use Option Three.

Option 3 must be printed, completed, and mailed to the address on the form accompanied by a check, purchase order, or credit card information for payment.
